Forms Plus asked us to develop sustainability training for their staff, covering some background information on the climate emergency and then focusing in specifically on packaging and waste. We discussed in detail the pros and cons of the products they sell, making the session interactive with a range of exercises on how the team might respond to questions from their customers and make the business case for the more environmentally friendly options.
