Our task with Block Design Ltd was to provide coaching to embed sustainability into the heart of the business. We worked with owner Tara and her team to define their purpose and create in internal manifesto, update their brand manual and then looked at the actions needed to deliver on the manifesto. The coaching format allowed us to dive deeper into questions that came up, as is often the case when defining an action plan, and we focused in on carbon footprint measurement, a product audit, circularity and ultimately marketing communications.
