As part of a MSc project Paul worked with Mondelez over a 6 month period to deliver a full carbon neutral roadmap for one of their largest manufacturing sites in Europe. We coordinated closely with all the technical specialists on a highly complex process to create efficiencies, reduce waste and look at new concepts of working. An in-depth report was created highlighting both easy wins and longer term capital investment requirements.  This project gave us a strong insight into the decarbonisation challenges faced by large FMCG businesses with operations at scale.

Paul has delivered a credible roadmap for one of the largest Mondelez production sites to reduce their carbon impact to zero.  He worked very collaboratively with the plant to prepare a joint plan.  This built on their prior ideas and supplement them with new initiatives.”
