Our Ethos

Climate change is the biggest challenge of our time and it affects all of us. We want to do what we can to protect the planet and its resources for future generations. We have over 35 years of combined experience in sustainability, corporate behaviour change and marketing and are passionate to use our knowledge to guide businesses big and small to make a difference and rise to the challenge. Our team are able to act as a bridge between green values and the corporate culture.

Our Approach

Our clients vary in size, sector and location - big international organisations can drive change at scale due to their size and reach, but smaller companies have an important role to play in the green transition. Our expertise means we often work on global projects, but thinking more regionally is also key for sustainability and so we are proud to offer reduced rates or grant funded rates (Unlocking Potential) to local SME companies in Cornwall.

We look to support Cornish SMEs with reduced or fully funded rates.

Our Team

Paul Atkinson
Co-Founder and Director

Paul has provided consultancy for clients across Europe advising them on how to get their people working together effectively and aligning values to organisational cultures. He has extensive experience in looking at how businesses react to change and most recently has focused on how companies can make successful green economy transitions and engage their stakeholders on environmental topics. Paul combines his background as a facilitator, leadership coach and entrepreneur with a very wide knowledge base across the climate change and sustainability spectrum. He holds an MSc in Green Economics and is a member of the IEMA.

Paul is passionate alpinist, ski tourer and trail runner and also plays an active role in the environmental charity POW UK.

Jennie Atkinson
Co-Founder and Director

Jennie has been involved in senior marketing and sustainability roles for large FMCG international organisations and brands. Her experience includes global sustainability strategy and stakeholder engagement, packaging and supply chain design and dairy industry emissions reduction. She is an expert in creating business cases for sustainability outcomes and creating stakeholder engagement. Jennie is an alumni of Cambridge University, Institute for Sustainability Leadership - having completed post-graduate studies in business sustainability management. She also holds a MSc in Marketing.

Jennie is a practicing yoga teacher and embraces her love of the sea by supporting local charity the St Ives Bay Marine Group.

Our Ethics

We try and practice what we preach and so our ambition is to work to the highest environmental and social standards. We are currently working through the B Corp assessment and have also created our own manifesto on how we want to operate ethically and sustainably. We are pleased to say our our office functions already reach net-zero targets and we travel either using public transport or our EV (powered by green electricity). We give back to the local community through our charity commitments supporting both environmental causes and schools career programmes. It is also our aim to drive the local economy by offering free masterclass events and free coaching through externally run initiatives.
