Paul has worked with Deloitte for nearly 10 years helping them on behavioral culture and a leadership development programme for their consultants.  We have designed and facilitated approximately 50 workshops and learning sessions to help the employees with skills needed at different points into the careers and ensure their values link into that of the business and its wider purpose.
