We took the senior team through some background on climate change, the business case for sustainability and what this means for Cornish Gems in terms of strategy and actions. We also led a climate risk workshop, looking at risks as well as opportunities from climate change for our region and the tourism industry specifically, creating lots of energy and ideas for the business to take forward.
Green Works produced a Sustainability Strategy Senior Management presentation and team building Climate Risk Workshop for Cornish Gems. Both were comprehensive and engaging. Jennie did a really great job working with me to understand our company and industry and tailor the presentation and workshop so that it was relevant to us.
These will help form part of our toolbox to be a responsible, sustainable company going forward.
